Health is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being. The state of health is influenced by diseases, the physical and social environment, as well as the values, attitudes and goals of the individual, and the individual's own experience of their state of health. Experienced health is influenced by the individual's autonomy, ability and ability to make independent decisions, actions and the ability to self-care.
